According to rumors circulating the Sony playstation 4 is meant to be released in time for xmas 2008. A release date of Novemeber 2008 is the rumor, but since this rumor has been wide on the mark, we will have to wait for an update, from sony. As long as we get an organised distribution across the world for the distribution of Sony playstation 4, then gamers will grab it. The uk tends to get the last, xbox wii paystation, the uk, seems to have the stock either stuck in the port.. millions of excuses. The uk has a loyal base and it may be Microsoft / Sony mistake by leaving England out of the equation. Unless its just to poor logistics by importers.
Maybe a wise move would be not to use Heathrow Terminal 5, for shipping the playstation 4, other wise the uk will only get it for the London olympics in 2012. (Note: I called it the London Olympics, because the rest of the Uk will not see any benefit, its focussed on London, it is in London and money spent will be in London) |

| I read on the gamespot webstite Hirai suggests PS4 more than five years away
The president of SCEA addresses the life span of Sony's next console, the possibility (or lack thereof) of a Blu-ray-less PS3, and the dangers of people buying the system just to watch movies. that means 2011 not sure where the rumors are that 2008. the message was posted in aug 2006 by the top sony guy, when talking about the launch of the playstation3. Sony said that they would like a 5/10 year cycle for each console, so that puts the earliest release date for the sony psp4 at 2011. regards. keep us updated |
